APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive you full service. We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can accommodate your schedule preferred times as we generally book up very quick, please specify the type of service you require with any special add-ons so we can book the required time frame needed for your appointment booking. (e.g., Nail
Art. Gel polish application. French polish. Gradient/ombre polish etc.) if you are running late. We will do everything possible to accommodate you. If you are excessively late. Please keep in mind that we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal
Articles. Please keep all valuable items with you during your services. Please advise our staff of any allergies or sensitivities you may have to any products we may use for your services. Our employees work as a team. If for any reason you are uncomfortable with your technician. Please inform us and another team member can be made available to you.

CANCELLATIONS

We do not take appointment bookings or cancellations over email. Facebook or any other social media outlets. Please be sure to call 12 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Please note: a 24-hour notice is required for all nail extension services. A credit card will be required to secure certain appointment bookings for our services we reserve the right to update our policy as we see fit at any time.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles. Please keep all valuable items with you during your services.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Fresh nail bar reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.

PRICING

All prices for provided services are subject to change without notice at the discretion of management.

REFUNDS

All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.
The service must be a mistake from the service provider… Not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement. A redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.
It is important you contact the salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you as soon as possible for a corrective service.
Please keep in mind. Color display sometimes lighter than the actual color. Please check with technician to achieve your desired result.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service. Copies of gift certificates are not acceptable…
All gift certificates are non-refundable. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
